Truly do love this place. Customer service is outstanding, to say the least. We are going on our 4th summer with our inground pool and I decided Lake Norman Pool and Spa would be the place I go for all chemicals and advice. Addison has been a HUGE help to me when it comes to exactly what I need to keep our pool and spa looking fabulous. You can’t go wrong with any of their employees, they ALL are so knowledgeable. I will and have already recommended them to many of our friends. Great place to do business!!!
